What to Expect
After you have booked your custom portrait experience, I highly recommend an in-person consultation. This is a complimentary service. During this time at your home, we will discuss where you may want to display your new portraits. At this time, we can look at wardrobe selections, discuss hair styles, and answer any other questions you may have about your up coming session. Also, we will discuss how you may want to incorporate any hobby/sport props or even a special family heirloom (ie. grandpa's hat or pocket watch, a wrap, scarf or broach from a grandmother or other family member). We will work together to make these portraits as individual to you as possible. Techy, skateboarder, artist, lover of books? We can come up with some great ideas to showcase those interests as well.
I want this time to be focused on YOU and having FUN!
I do not work out of a studio so I spend a lot of time scouting locations for your session, which I love to do! Locations can vary from parks, schools, grassy fields, golf courses and lakes to urban and distressed settings. Specific locations such as the Arboretum and Union Station are also available with an additional charge by the venue. We will also work to determine which styles of locations will best compliment your personality and the wardrobe selections you choose.
After your session, we will schedule a Viewing and Ordering Appointment at your home. This is when you will make your selections for portraits and any other products.
*Any person involved in the purchasing of portraits must be present and payment in full for order is due at this time.*
